FTV Proclad (U.A.E.) LLC's strategically placed location provides services and support direct to regional clients. The UAE facility is the largest clad facility and offers additional services of shop pre-spooling, site welding, valve repair, valve repair and refurbishment, heat treatment, protective spray coating, mechanical clad line pipes and CNC machining.

The company provides the following products and services:

• Manufacture of clad pipes (metallurgically bonded) from 6" to all sizes.
• Manufacture of clad fittings from 2" to all sizes.
• Manufacture of clad flanges from 2" to all sizes.
• Manufacture of ASME code clad nozzles from 2” to all sizes.
• Manufacture of Clad Spools.
• Manufacture of valve components; body, bonnet, nozzles, disc, gate, seat, stem etc. for gate/ globe / check valves, X- MAS trees, etc. up to 15,000 psig to API 6A.
• Manufacture of oil field equipment; tubing head spool, flanges, tees, cross, adaptors, casing / tubing hangers, etc. to API 6A/ 16A.
• High velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) coating.
• Post weld heat treatment up to 750 degree Celsius with 5.8 x 3 x 3 meter furnace.
• Valve remanufacture and valve repair services, including servicing of mud pumps, sea water pumps, BOPs, etc.
