FTV Proclad (Kuwait) LTD has been established as a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to undertake mass production of pipeline valves and wellhead equipment.

Utilizing the wealth of knowledge that has grown within our group of companies over the past 35 years, our Kuwait operation is at the forefront of manufacturing techniques. This enables products to be completed within the shortest lead time at a prime location within the GCC.

With the initial investment of 4000 sqm of fully air-conditioned factory space and 280 sqm of office space, we are able to facilitate full turnkey packages, from sourcing and procurement of raw material through to complete manufacture. This includes machining, weld overlay, assembly and pressure testing, and shipment of goods to the client.

State-of-the-art CNC machining equipment, HVOF metal spraying, and advanced pressure testing facilities allow FTV Proclad (Kuwait) to offer all aspects of manufacturing in-house. Because we handle everything from weld overlay to shipping in-house, we also control production and the quality of service to ensure that we meet the highest standards.

Equipment is manufactured to the required quality standards, including API, ANSI, ASME, BS etc. We always maintain the required ISO quality guidelines.
