Proclad International Forging LTD, formerly known as Hunting Park Engineering Ltd., was originally formed in 1984. The company is currently spread over a 2.5-acre site with the present workforce of 50 employees. The company was formed to satisfy that part of the market which requires high-quality, specialised forged fittings in small quantities with a short delivery time predominantly for the oil and gas industry. Proclad International Forgings brings together a team of qualified engineers and metallurgists with extensive experience in the fitting manufacturing industry.

Since the '80s, we have been successfully manufacturing low-volume, highly specialised carbon steel and alloy steel fittings such as lateral tees, high pressure fittings, and forged high-pressure manifold fittings. The company also produces a standard range of cladded elbow parts, tees, reducers and caps. The materials used include high-yield steels X52 - X70, alloy steels, austenitic stainless steels, duplex steels, super duplex steels, clad steels, alloy 625, and alloy 825.

Fittings are forged using fully enclosed external dies specially designed to give good metallurgical properties and accurate dimensional control. Forging is carried out in custom-built vertical hydraulic presses.
