	HIGH VELOCITY OXY-FUEL COATINGS BY 6-AXIS ROBOT
	We are equipped with a High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) metal spraying system, operated with a 6 axis Industrial Robot with built-in process ware to communicate extensively with external systems. The total operation is done with a Computerized Numerical Control System (CNCS). The range of metals that can be sprayed are; Copper and copper alloys, 316L Stainless Steel, Cobalt alloys, different alloys of Tungsten Carbide and different alloys of Chromium Carbide along with many more metals. The state of the art technology we use, enables us to spray the above metals up to a thickness as high as 13 mm, without any defects. In Addition to the HVOF system we have a versatile twin Arc spraying system, spraying a wide range of metals from the babbit to high grade steel alloys, the ideal tool for onsite application.
